Our Story

Love, Kara began in 2013 as a little passion project between two cousins, Kimberly and Rachel, in Kuala Lumpur.

What started as Little Black Polka Dot, then LittleBlack.co, has since blossomed into the brand you know today - Love, Kara - a dreamy space filled with dainty pieces, warm memories, and everyday sparkle.

From the beginning, we’ve always believed in the magic that jewellery brings - the happiness, confidence, and quiet joy of wearing something that feels beautifully you. That’s why every piece at Love, Kara is made to be affordable, accessible, and thoughtfully crafted, without ever compromising quality.

Our mission is simple:

Over the years, Love, Kara has grown from an Instagram store into a beloved community - from pop-ups in Publika, Jaya One, and Monash University, to our biggest highlight yet: hosting two jewellery workshops for 500 pax at #WeekendsWithJenn.

We absolutely adore meeting familiar faces at bazaars, events, and workshops - it’s what makes this journey feel so special.

We also run weekend jewellery workshops, sharing basic to intermediate skills with anyone who dreams of creating their own sparkle. We’ve even been invited to host workshops for store openings and school carnivals - and we cannot wait to hold more once the timing is right.
